    Ahoy there me hearties

    Anne and I stretched our legs yesterday covering just over nine miles. The canal was frozen over in many stretches along the way.

    These are just two pix from the day showing something I have never seen before on the shallow waters of the Grand Union - a ships lifeboat converted to living accommodation.
