I am green (or should that be blue and gold?) with envy All I have seen of our local kingfishers - ever - is a fleeting flash of blue at the end of a day!

I have that feeling often - I missed a couple more today. The canal was quiet this morning hence the activity.

On the third click.... The new camera would have produced a pin sharp image.
