.....of Westminster.
Anne and I spent a few days in London celebrating a special birthday - another milestone in Anne's growing pains. Anne was not aware of her treat below and was surprised and pleased.
I was fortunate that an election had been called as the Houses of Parliament put on afternoon teas when the House isn't being used. I arranged an escorted tour which included seeing where the MPs and the Lords sit. It was pleasing to see the Queen's dressing room and her throne.
Although photography was restricted there were some areas it was permitted hence a pic or two of various scenes - I took a compact camera new to me and I hope I got the settings near enough. Sony RX 100M3

Restaurant beginning to fill we are both full of anticipation.
Afternoon Tea
The tour lasted about 1 1/2 hours and was most informative - afternoon was more than enjoyable.
