That's a nice family capture, well converted.

Just take it easy. There's always tomorrow. And if tomorrow doesn't come, you won't have wasted any effort on it.

I just love this image - the engagement of the two is perfect.

Great timing and b+w etc suits so well.

        Re: Friends

Thank you Stephen and Barrie, the thing is that the little girl on the left is my Grandaughter who had wondered off so far that it was was took at 300mm (600mm equivalent).

But the thing that captivated me emotionally to take the picture was that the little girl on the right had no use of her legs and had dragged herself over to interact with my two year old Grandaughter and it was as if they were best friend forever.

And although no one had seen me take the image at that distance I walked over and introduced myself to the parents and showed them the image and got talking to them.
        Regards Paul.

Very nice photograph, but the story made it heartfelt.

What a lovely story and image. Just love the dummy in the mouth. I remember our granddaughter, it went everywhere with her until one day her mother said. "Tell Grandma what has happened to your dummy!" Beth said "The Dummy Monster has got it." Apparently it was making her teeth stick out and so when walking in Derbyshire they hid it under a big stone so that the Dummy Monster could collect it. She now has beautiful teeth and we celebrated her 23rd birthday last week, but the DM incident only seems like yesterday. I must be getting old ... ... and as I write "Litter Lout" springs to mind, as the dummy is probably still there.

              Re: Friends

Marvelous shot and story, Paul. Our grand daughter had a similar encounter at a park with an autistic girl , April, of the same age and they have remained buddies forever even though April has move to another city. They both have just turned 15.
