This Reed Warbler should have been down in Africa for the Winter but has been hanging around on my local patch for a few weeks as far as we know. They do breed here but this may be a continental bird that got lost on it's way South. Looking in good condition as there is a plentiful supply of insects in this 65 acre reed bed, being the tertiary treatment area for the Marston Sewage Treatment Works (Lincs) which keeps the whole area warmer than the ambient temperature.
