    Just as the sun was setting this old beauty flew low over the village and circled three times before heading off to RAF Cranwell 4 miles away. Possibly a replica but it looked and sounded gorgeous! You can see the Lewis gun atop the wing.

        Nice shots David, as you suspected that's a 7/8 scale replica of an SE5a, the give away being the size of the pilots head relative to the airframe.
        Oh and the fact it's running a flat four air-cooled rather than a Hispano-Suiza V8
