First off the place we wanted to shoot on the day was a no go due to the wind then the next place we went to was packed so in the end we had to shoot it in a lane which I was not to happy about I have made up my mind to reshoot this look but with a classic 60s mini so will be looking forward to that one.
Yes I agree Pol it does not shout 60s to me other then the bike and outfit. the owner of the bike (my boss) wanted to shoot it in one spot on the Island which again did not shout 60s either. On the day the wind in that spot was just to strong and was also blowing a lot of sand around so was not a fun place to shoot in. We moved to ather spot but that was packed out with cars and people so we went to this road which is now blocked off to traffic. Again not where I wanted to shoot but having waited for the young lady who was 3/4 of an hour late (she is sacked by the way )it was the best of a bad job.
John I wish we had a amusement arcade but there is nothing like that on the Island. I was thinking of shooting around the seafront in town and using the boats in the harbour as a backdrop but that may well have to wait. I think I also need to do some more research before that happens. Cannot win them all but at least we have the outfit for that.
