It was hanging from the wheelie bin handle so I had a decent background

Very nice capture Pops. You had good lighting too by the look of it.

Super picci, nice of hm to pose against the bin lid too.

Our youngest son used to catch loads of spiders, put them into a box and bring them in to show us.

Well like all good mummies (and daddies) the box + spider + little lad all go out into the garden and watch the spiders run back to their own mummies and daddies.

He's not a whole lot better now - still likes huge house spiders, calls them all 'Boris' and enjoys catching them in a dedicated spider catcher and putting them out the window or front door. He gets it from David, who spent ages catching a Peacock Butterfly trapped in the living room yesterday - he caught it and took it outside to release it near a Buddleia.
