  • Flower Identification Needed

I took these yesterday, they had just come into flower, the wife planted them then forgot the names of them so if you recognise them please let me know so I can name them correctly.

Also feel free to comment if you wish, taken with the E-M5 and m75-300mm.

    Regards Paul.

I wish I could help Paul, I just cut the lawn here which takes me less than two minutes.

I like both but the first is rather pretty.

Thank you Barrie I've just identified the first one as a wild blue cornflower, just one to go now.

Is the scientific name of the Cornflower Centaurea montana? If it is other common names include Mountain Knapweed and Perennial Cornflower.
