  • Latest architectural trends in the city of Buenos Aires

Puerto Madero, also known within the urban planning community as the Puerto Madero Waterfront, is a barrio (district) of the Argentine capital at Buenos Aires CBD, occupying a significant portion of the Río de la Plata riverbank and representing the latest architectural trends in the city of Buenos Aires ([ame]http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Puerto_Madero[/ame]). I took a walk last thursday and here are some pictures.

Some very nice abstract architectural views, Horacio. The selective colour/mono in the taxi rank looks like an ingot of gold

Since the Argentinian economy collapsed some time ago, is everything booming once again?

Argentina, in my modest view and living of the reality, is passing again through a new political and economical crisis, with 30% annual inflation, strong corruption, extreme street violence and insecurity and many more negative situations. It is not a paradise. Very deceptive history again.
