      Here is the original camera RAW exported as JPEG using Lightroom's default view:



      Then conversion to mono (still no adjustments):



      The the yellow 'flower' looks grey in the initial mono conversion but by boosting the yellow level in the mono conversion colour sliders it can be brightened and with a few other adjustments this is what I ended up with:



      Personally, I'm very pleased with how this turned out.

          By "Trolls" are they referring to those nutters on bikes that simply will not slow down for anyone on the towpaths, bridges or anywhere else

          That looks a lot like the bridge just down the way from your place at Apsley Mill
