  • Overground, Underground

I can't decide which one I like and would be grateful for your thoughts. Perhaps you won't like either but again your comments would be appreciated.

Personally I prefer the first, but maybe would have waited until the train got a little closer.

First for me. I rarely find foliage suitable for mono.

The first for me but with a slight crop from the top to lose the sky.

Personally I prefer the second one, the mono and selective colour lifts the picture

The second one for me. I like the way the train stands out more against the mono background, which is also sort of 'symbolic' as the underground emerges into the overground.

I agree David also makes a good point about cropping the top to lose the sky.

                Hi -

Thanks for the thoughts regarding 1 + 2. I'll try the crop suggested.

I took this a few weeks ago with the Olympus Stylus 1 compact whilst Anne was in the chair at the dentist. The lens just fitted between the wire mesh so framing needed lots of thought as the space was tight.

I shall print them both and this I think will make up my mind.

                Again, I'm grateful to all.

                Regards. Barr1e
