shoot in the park today

I went to a local park to have a shoot with Zelia. I was hoping for a nice carpet of leaves to shoot in but it was not to be so we just set out to make the most of the red dress and the greens that are still about. I have shot with Zelia in the past but not for a long time. I am now hoping she will be one of my go to people seeing as I have lost my last one "Gina" Oh and I will add a few b/w ones to the b/w forum and for those in the know there are still a few more to be seen on my flickr

My favourite is the second shot - crouching on the path. Another favourite is the last one you posted in the other thread - resting against the barrier with her hand against the concrete post.

My preference is also for the b/w versions of both the above mentioned shots. She has an expressive face, an air of mystery about her eyes in those shots and it comes over more readily in the b/w in my opinion.

I'm sorry to hear you lost Gina.

I find she looks a stronger person in the b/w ones ?? Maybe that's just me I have know for a long time that Gina was going off Island even before we did the shoots that I posted a while back. She just did not want many people to and still now on her face book page I do not think many of her "friends" have picked up on it. She has gone for 6 months but I am really not sure if she will be back.

Strong - that's a very good word for it! Her character, strength of character comes across more readily in the b/w in my opinion too. I reckon the viewer's attention is drawn more to her face and what what might be thinking/planning/seeing in the b/w versions.

I really hope Gina comes back, or at least comes back to model for you. She's always such fun and so imaginative too.

Yes I think the word strong fits well with her. She has two young boys which keep her on her toes and her husband works long hours in his own business

As for Gina well we ran out of for a few things she wanted to do and yes I hope she comes back one day. If she does I will be sure to let you know
