It was Chelsea's my Granddaughter's eight birthday, so of course I was there to take some candid snaps of the kids. Luckily the weather was fine so I spent most of the time outside with the bouncy castle and kids.

Scarlett the little one on the left is my youngest Granddaughter.

Renay in the middle is a very camera shy 16 year old and she put her hands in front of her face if she spots you.

Saying that I managed to get a couple of nice mono candid portraits of her like this one, I'm rather persistent and patient like that.

Happy Birthday to Chelsea - fast approaching double figures.

A beautiful selection of photos, all of them such pretty girls with sparkling eyes. Such a happy photo of 'the birthday girl' and a fabulous portrait of Maddison.

A magical picture of Renay with Maddison and Scarlett and those wings are so appropriate for Scarlett ... aren't they?

Nice portrait of Renay too, well worth the time and patience.
