  • Black-tailed Godwit

    Generally known in birding circles as a "Blackwit", these large waders come to our shores and inland waters in large numbers in late Summer and Autumn. this one was at Frampton Marsh RSPB Reserve on the North shore of the Wash. This was at around twenty metres so necessitated the use of the Canon EF 400mm with Kenko 1.4x on the E-M5, manual focus:
