  • Thank you Yoshi!

Yoshi (left) is our unofficial correspondent in Japan and of course a very valued forum member. We spent the whole of last Sunday with Yoshi who personally drove us to the Mt.Fuji area and later treated us to a delicious meal at a Korean BBQ restaurant. We can't thank you enough, Yoshi!

Each table in the restaurant has a tablet computer so you can order your next dish without calling a waiter/waitress or requiring a printed menu. There is an all-you can eat option too, but you must complete your meal within a given time limit - and no doggie bags allowed

Super shot! Lovely to see Yoshi looking so well too.

Tablet computers taking over from waiters too, eh. So did a robot bring the next dish to the table or are they still working on that one?

I think I would miss the waiter/ess personal touch.

p.s. hope you didn't eat your meal squashed up like that

It must have been a real high point of the trip meeting and spending time together. Hope to see some more pictures from the day from all of you.

              The waiters/waitresses are still there

It's just a system to make the experience more interactive and to save time.
