We used to see hundreds of these in the garden. They lived in a large tree here.
We referred to the tree as the Greenfinch hotel.
But then a decease appeared in our area that wiped out lots of finches. Trichomonosis appeared in our area, and maybe yours.
We didn't see any Greenfinches for a few years. They are just now starting to show again.
So it is nice when we do see them at our feeders now.
