A beautiful shot of a beautiful bird. One of my personal favourites. Some years ago when we were on holiday in the New Forest one of the site carers walked round every morning with a swam of these following him. He had a bag of peanuts and threw a few on the ground every time he stopped to empty a rubbish bin. It's a sight that will stay with me forever. Below is a shot I got of one on our feeders.
