I wonder how many of you remember the series on TV that ran from 2007 onwards? Anne and I were fortunate enough to be visiting on a SAGA holiday and we were both caught up with many of the locals when filming was taking place.
We had booked individual trips away from our fellow travellers and were happy to talk to the Bishop of Truro (Bishop Bill) and Father Guy Scott (Guy Scott). In fact on one occasion we had a long chat with the Bishop at the airport.
Apart from the good weather we enjoyed we fell in love with the islands and we hope all the locals are keeping well during these trying times.
It was listening to the 'Sunday' programme this morning on Radio 4 reminded me of the scene below when the Bishop and the vicar travelled to Bryher to bless the new windows.
