Do you have images you know you shouldn't have taken for various technical reasons but you wanted the image?

This coot was too far away so would need heavy cropping @ ISO 5000, i just wanted the picture of him with the oversized nesting material

ID:	154959 Had to be this - Patrick Stewart's hand is in focus but not his face; it should have been the other way around! All the other shots I have he isn't smiling 😮

I could share dozens from last Friday - covered 3 bands in Oxford. First 2 bands: reasonable lighting, didn't have to go above ISO6400.

Third band came on - lights went red, went down and stayed down for the first 15 minutes. Luckily there wasn't a 3-song rule!

Saturday in Bedford I was chatting to the lighting/sound man before the bands came on as I thought the stage was a little dark (thinking, not again...) Ended up at ISO8000 for most of the night, apart from the headline act decided to go walkabout in the crowd - twice. The first time was a washout - although I did get a shot of his back, but the second time I ran to the back of the room, stopped to let someone take a picture on his mobile and then the crowd all turned their mobile torches on so that I could get this shot. Not perfect, but Jack (the performer) loves it. Shot at ISO12800, 1/80 f2.8 on a 24-70

Saw this flying over the lake, i knew it would be small but thought i would test the camera's focus and lock on.
