I went for a stroll around a tiny reserve which is right next to the M5 and the feeder road to it...to say it's noisy is a great understatement.
Went looking for birds but not a lot about...it is an ancient wood with all the usual old trees full of Lichen etc.....the Bluebells are still in their infancy but a very local invasive species is the Skunk-Cabbage (Lysichiton americanum),which grows along a very small trickle of water that feeds a small dirty pond.It is currently being contained by pulling out the complete plant and leaving them to dry out and die.
The few clumps really do look great through the tree cover though.....
