    Anne and I took advantage today of bright skies and were pleased to see the odd kingfisher. I wished they perched/posed in better positions although I'm pleased they are there to be photographed.

          You must get out more - exercising is good for you.

          We were fortunate - normally we can go weeks before we see sight of them.
