Only had the 400mm with me and strayed onto the forbidden side of the canal -looking for birds-and thought these might be interesting.

Well spotted Pops......so if no smoke no-one at home -might be able to access more often looking for the birds on the reservoir now.

No smoke...is that like not cancelling the milk or papers in "normal" homes.

I guess I noticed the lack of smoke because I have a bunch of them moored not to far away. If I see smoke I don't go to close, no smoke means I can grab a few closeups

There is a lot to see along the canal Keith. Although the recent weather conditions have made it difficult to spot the usual crowd.

I hope you don't mind me adding a little smoke for Pops.
