  • More winter Crocus

    All of a sudden there are hundreds in one of my local churchyards.I was here four days ago and there were only two.

    Being left handed my brain sometimes works sdrawkcab

    They look superb and so vibrant.
    I really must try and get out to the local areas and see if the usual beds have come through yet.

      I planted a few packets of crocuses a couple of months ago - a bit late actually. They are now peeping above the compost; 1-2 inches. These are on tubs but ones planted in the ground haven't yet shown.

      Also planted garlic in the veg. patch and these are at about the same development as the crocuses - some stray garlic plants from last year are already 6 inches high

          Our daffs are about 3 inches aboce the ground - fingers crossed.
