    Shiver me timbers - that looks pretty cold.

    Anne and I were along the canal again today for some five hours. We wanted to make sure the ice was broken in places so the ducks and other wild life had a place to eat and wash their feathers.

    Your first pic is my choice of the two.

          Thanks, the temp hasn't climbed above zero for the last 3 days and the expected snow is already falling here.
