    A very charismatic bird of our sea cliffs. Looks like a gull but is actually a "Tubenose" - a member of the same family as the Albatross. Flight pattern very different to a Gull with stiff wings and short, powerful beats. Calls are more like the Auk family.

    Superb shots. I wouldn't have known their id without your info.
    Are they young shouting for food in the last 2 or just noisy birds?

        No they are adults occupying potential nest sites and fending off intruders.

          Nice set of images.
