Just a teaser The day was so overcast Anne and I had about 10 minutes photographing her near her favourite spot - this is the best I achieved after she popped out from the bushes - rather challenging but Photoshop helps out.

All taken with Olympus E-5 + 70-300 lens - A + P mode used today with various settings.

Well done on the swans. Are they common in your part of the world. We have them here but I have only seen one by itself on a lake and did see 6 as a group at a migratory bird refuge about 60 miles north of where I live.
