Final Waxwing (taken in good light this time)

Went back to the patch again as the weather was so brilliant to get some final and better shots of this stunning rare bird. This time there were 35 in the flock and a few posed admirably. Apologies for showing yet more of the same but these opportunities only happen once in a blue moon (becoming more frequent though).



On this shot you can see the sealing wax like red feathers on the wing which give the bird it's name:
