Just boisterous bullying behaviour and idle useless chatter, this is why a collective noun for Rooks is a "Parliament"!

Brilliant .. one to be proud of.

I bet you already know but, if you chuck some bacon fat, or similar, onto the garden you'll get some first class entertainment

But I live in a farming village and for some reason (never found out why) country people hate Rooks so I would incur the wrath of a few neighbours!
