Terrific image.
Sun, people placement, gentle ripples and the colour perfect. Not bad for an early riser - five o' clock as the picture was taken an hour or so later?

Lovely in every detail; the sun just breaking over the hoizon, colours in the sky, light on the clouds, ripples on the water catching the light, passing seabird, silhouetted lighthouse and figures - all combine to make this a fantastic picture!John Perriment

A big thank you for all your kind comments, and yes Barry this was taken around 7am so it's not to bad for getting up. We have had some really sunny days these last few weeks and I have taken one or two sunsets but was spurred on to go for a sunrise. I am glad that I did.Comment
