  • A Split in time?

    Photographed in Split, Croatia, a couple of years ago:



    This is a replica carrack, or European 15th century ocean-going sailing ship.

    The light was very flat so I converted to mono and massaged the contrast and tone as much as I dared in Lightroom 4.1

    I like the contrast of 500-odd years of boat design!

    A beautiful looking ship which appears to be in tip top condition.
