    On the same evening as this shot here is a view on a bamboo raft after we left the fishing boat with the twin outriggers, which is typical of the Philippines, to get back to the shore at Matalom. That's Elizabeth on the left and Lara standing up.

    Some work needed to be done to bring up the distant details as of course the scope of the flash is relatively short distance. The dark areas were also very blue.

    I love this. I like the contrast of the brightl colours against the more distant, darker areas.

    It conveys a nice sort of 'going home' feeling - going home to get warm, dry and fed after a day on the water.

        I like it just as it is.
        Lightening the background could well spoil the effect of the flash.
