I hope to be there again this year if my health allows as it is one of my favourite places.

Thank you Pops, this was on the main high street in Burley and it amazed me how the New Forest ponies walked amongst the traffic with no sense of danger at all!

A few more from that same trip which was just after the foaling season.
Mind you, you do have to be careful as I was on one occasion charged by a Stallion that did not take kindly to me being near his mares and foals.

I was about to comment on the first one earlier this morning, but then had to go out.

Lovely series, love the fluffy tails - particularly in the first shot where the mother's tail appears particularly flyaway.

The mare in the middle of the third shot looks like she was just about ready to have her foal.

I think the last one here would make a superb print. Definately one I would hang in my hallway.
The whites are absolutely spot on and I know this isn't really up for critique but for perfection the horse lying down in the background is the only thing out of sync.
