Backlit Daffs

Saw these on the way home from work, the sun was just behind them. They are miniature daffodils (probably called something else Im not very flower minded), blooming very early though!

I passed some on the canalside today which are about to bloom. Yours are early.

A nice reminder that Spring is on its way. I was digging the veg patch the weekend before last and some potatoes left over from last year were already sprouting. The channel islands where you are must be a couple of weeks ahead anyway?

Well done to you Ian getting out in the garden, I keep looking at the grass getting longer in mine and wondering when I should get the mower out. We have had a nice mild winter and the temperatures do tend to stay a bit higher in the Channel Isles perhaps you are right we are a bit ahead with the flowers.
