We have lots of Mute swans and Canada geese here on the Grand Union Canal and although I have spent hours stalking known spots along the canal where these biggies tend to land I have so far failed to get a shot. But at Welney you're spoiled for choice, like above
Looking side-on, the triangular yellow (i.e. pointy wedge shape) on the bill means it's a whooper. A more round yellow shape (i.e. a blob), a bewick. See two side-by-side, the small one is the bewick.
