  • Winterbourne on Sunday

After an all too long a period of photographic inactivity I took my heavier gear out for a welcome spin this weekend on a circular walk around Winterbourne (north of Newbury).
Light was flat but there was still plenty of colour about.

    Thanks for having a gander
    Regards Huw

Nice ones. I especially like the last one.

And those cows are enough to brighten anyone's day, but only if they stay lying down quietly and just looking at you.

Thanks Pol, I'm glad you like them.
The cattle were separated from us by a sturdy barbed fence so no danger there

          Pleasing series Huw.

I like the hopper/drier colour - as close to the original I imagine.

Definitely a nice set and my favourite is the tree boughs covered in moss

Thanks Barr1e, yes strikingly new looking against the other farm outbuildings there.

A really good and varied set of photographs.
The solitary leaf stands out for me. So many colours and patterns in the leaf set off by a beautifully soft background.
The last would look good framed and hung in the hallway

                    Hear hear!
Lovely set of images - the leaf and the moss are my favourites, although I also like the rich colour of the sloes. I can feel those prickles now....
