  • April blossom

I was drawn to the shadows before taking a pic of the blossom. It was more dramatic than seen here. I had to stand between two lighting bollards and car park signage - hence not seeing the crown of the trees. I hope you like it enough to comment.

Blossom close up from one of the trees, hand held the twig/branch as the wind decided to blow as I raised the camera to take the shot.

    Re: April blossom

I particularly like the first picci.

The shadows, sunlight on the blossom, colours on the ground, sheen and movement on the water, ducks and colours all work so well together to convey a gorgeous scene on a lovely Spring day.

The first, is a pleasing photo, but I go for the detail of the second photo, Barr1e

And here I am of the opposite thought.

Very nice detail in the second but the first is something I would print for a wall after trimming up the bottom some.

          Re: April blossom

Interesting replies and kind ones too - thanks so much.

I didn't mean to bump the thread, but we are quite busy for a few days and may not get time to switch the computer on.

          Enjoy the Easter sunshine.

          Regards. Barr1e
