I bought a bird feeding station a couple of weeks ago, but haven't been at home during the day to see the birds feeding. My partner had put it up about two metre from the window, so I wasn't expecting the birds to come at all although I was pleasantly surprised to see the blue tits discovered it within a couple of days.
I had a day off last week and set up my tripod and tried out various lenses.
This was taken with a Sigma 105mm macro lens:

And these with a Tamron 70-300mm, which isn't particularly fast, so I was very pleased with them (although it was a bright cloudy day so I was able to use iso100):
