Fountains and a Dare

The fountains are outside the town hall in Brest, and when the Christmas fair is on kids are always tempted to try and beat them!



This little girl was tempted in spite of loud cries from her parents. She actually took a step backward just as I took the photo, and the jets by her feet opened up! Lucky, lucky.

I like the B&W effect! I find the sloping to the right a bit distracting however!

Hi Jocelyn,
I suppose that I could have cropped it to be visually upright, but in fact it soes slope like that to get rid of the water. You may not have noticed that the girl is vertical!
