  • Tuscan landscapes with a little bit of sepia

    Dear All,

Had a little bit of time today to have a look at the photographs from my trip to Tuscany in October. Here are a couple. I personally like the sepia tone. Makes me look at the textures more.

Anyway hope you enjoy. As always comments are welcome.

    Best regards

    Josh

Hi Josh, to be frank, I think I prefer the colour version - the sepia version is a bit too chocolate brown for me.

      Hi. Ian.

Thanks for looking. The sepia was done in lightroom using a sugar and spice preset. Have printed the first one and hung it on the wall. Looks great on paper.

      Best regards

Josh Im glad you are experimenting with monotone, I too have lightroom and find the whole workflow thing so easy. Pic a preset that roughly matches what you need then tweek it, if you love it save as your own
The sharpness and lighting of the first shot is very good, I bet it looks ace in print.
