Ok, I know it's late.... it was in September.
But seeing Ash's excellent pano shot reminded me of one I took last month.
This is a 5 shot panorama of the altar at St Peter's Church in Northampton, which is an interesting visit to say the last. Beautiful interior, with this altar:

Then we went on to All Saints Church, which has always interested me but I've never been able to get a shot of the interior I'm happy with. But I was much happier with this - taken from in front of the organ in the gallery:

The first image was taken with a 50mm lens (it was on the camera and since there was no one temporarily in front of the altar I went for it) and the second with the 18-55mm kit lens.
The new 18-55mmis is a vast improvement on the old Canon kit lens - I'm really enjoying the 550D so far, and it'll be a fond goodbye next week to the 400D which I'm bartering in exchange for my website.
