shot in a cavern system in the southern red sea a few years ago. the video looks a bit better though as that captures the light dancing with the water movement.

My entry please - Without sunset light this image would have been quite ordinary. Surfers
taking advantage of the last light on Piha Beach.

Well, I must say that I have really enjoyed looking at all the entrants to this competition.

I feel that the standard of photography has been so high. I know it is a bit of a cliche, but I found picking a top three really hard.......and changed them around a number of times before settling on a winner.

HOWEVER!

In reverse order........



3rd: Daves (devilgas) underwater shot, superb capture of the diver (and you have to love the 'Bugs Life' quote!)


2nd: Neils (Cogito) shot of the funfair ride, love the 8second exposure, and an inspirational result!


1st: Audreys (Autumn) picture of a number of different light souces!

There really is so much going on in this picture, I absolutely love everything going on here, very well done!

Seriously, well done everyone, there was not a bad shot here!

So, over to you Audrey! whats it to be for the next one?
