The Result

You made it difficult for me. Some wonderful shots, and some fabulous - and exotic - holidays! I kind of have to give a special mention to Ryme for the shot of Brighton (my neck of the woods perfectly captured), and to Brian for the stunning Whitehaven wave. Some wonderful shots of youngsters too, and my oh my all that ballooning. So every shot made the choice more difficult but I've ended up awarding this fortnight's award to Gez for the 'Holiday makers in Brixham'. Somehow it's so archetypically the English on an English holiday, with that wonderful touch of Agatha Christie adding suspense.

Sorry I didn't realize I had to do that as well. No problem though as I did narrow it down. In second place I had Brain with the stunning Whitehaven Wave, and in third Barrie with 'Movement in Water'.

You're telling me that you can't see the picture of the sphinx with the pyramid behind it?

Thanks Words for picking my effort. Well done Barrie and Himmelblau - great shots.
Just goes to show it is always worth submitting a picture. I was in two minds if my photo would qualify as I live in Brixham and haven't been away for a while.
