Re: Fortnightly Salon Competition No. 31 - Movement
Here is my entry:
LINKAGE
Taken from the railed viewing platform as we travelled on this Narrow Gauge Railway in St Kitts. I was trying to show that the train was moving by focusing on the linkage.
Re: Fortnightly Salon Competition No. 31 - Movement
Ok, I know it's a long time since I posted - mainly involved in scanning in old images and backing them up at the mo, but saw the comp and thought someone's got to put in the hackneyed water shot.....
I am really looking forward to see what next week brings...... extra kudos points for anyone to show a Lambo on the go petrolheads!
Saw one a few years back going up the local hill climb. No sorry I did not get a picture. It was a one off because the guy did not want to stick in in a wall.
Re: Fortnightly Salon Competition No. 31 - Movement
Is a triptych allowed? if not, let me know and I'll replace it with a single image.
This is my first real attempt at taking 'fireworks' pics. I wasn't sure what shutter speed to use to capture them exploding. Unfortunately, anything slower than this made the smoke stand out even more, and obscured the fireworks - shame there wasn't a bit more breeze.
