That's a delightful story and I hope they hatch safely and do well.

If you want to help out - they'd be chuffed if you left them some earthworms. They also enjoy mealworms, available from various sources such as THIS one. Don't forget to leave water too .... preferably in a wide bowl so they can splash about in it as well as drink it.

Pol my greenhouse has been organized like a 5 star hotel. The only thing we have over looked is a Bible. Shade has also been arranged so that the temperature don't get to high.

We've got a couple of Blue Tits nesting in a 'BBC birdhouse', but now the trees
are getting covered in leaves, I can only just make out the front, so it's difficult
to see them going in and out !!

Three generations of memory; 100bit, 256Kb and 512 Mb.

The picture was taken several years ago, even the 512Mb looks huge now!

I think they've lasted through a couple of millennia without problem.

Seeing as the transistor was nearly scrapped in favor of the valve, it sure has changed the world. Thank god the OC72 was such a success. Now that shows my age.

Only two days left ...... and a very slow start to this one ....

Remember the subject can be any 'Generations' ...

Maybe you have a modern building next to an historic one, or a snap of you and 'gramps' ....... a 'young' tree growing in an old forest .....

                        Don't forget ... there a 2gb memory card up for grabs ....

PS Somewhere I have a big grinning shot of William Shatner (aka Capt. James T. Kirk) at a press conference for a new telephone service he was launching at a trade show I was reporting on back in around 1989. He could turn that smile on like a light with a switch.
