195th Salon - Our Fine Feathered Friends

Participation in this event has been dropping off. I asked my wife for a topic that should produce many entries and she suggested birds. I suspect everyone has a few favorite shots of birds. I've inserted three of mine just to give you some ideas. You have two weeks to produce up to two images. Titles are optional but would be helpful. Let's see a LOT of submissions!

Obviously I'm ineligible for this particular contest but I'm throwing in another shot just to keep the thread going. The contest ends shortly and we could use some more entries. I took this shot a couple of days ago high above Queenstown on New Zealand's South Island.

Would like to have seen a few more entries but the ones we did receive were terrific.
