I know that not everyone likes to go out at this time of year, particularly on cold, grey days, so this Salon has the theme "In The Home." You may enter anything from a still-life close-up of something in the kitchen to a portrait of a familly member, or anything in between, so the brief is quite wide. Good luck!

Many thanks to all who entered. Here are the results, in reverse order:-

3rd Veggiesosage, with a clever close-up, almost abstract shot of a burning candle. Excellent composition and exposure.

2nd Autumn, with a splenid composition of the old bible in which her family history is recorded. Our family has a similar thing.

1st Kurt, with a very imaginative and well executed concept of "Copying the Masters."

Its a very tough life, that must be an expensive place if you need an ATM on your balcony.
