Sorry for being a bit tardy with the choosing of the winners of this challenge, I've been involved with a local speed limit campaign.

A difficult subject "Textures" but one of my favourites and I based my choice on whether I could almost feel the subject by just looking at it on a monitor.

So here we go:

Third place is Mike J's Flowing Pebbles - very imaginative.

Second place is Kurt's peeling wall paint - something that always appeals to me when visiting old Mediterranean towns

and First place is Gez's Rock Pool - the one that I can really feel when viewing on my screen, in fact I can almost smell it!
