Challenge 154 is "Extreme Angles" (not to be confused with "Acute Angles"). The Photographic definition is:
"Extreme angle is a term that is generally used to denote any angle of view that is outside the way we normally look at an object. For example, to take a photograph looking up at a person from below their feet would be considered and extreme angle. Likewise, to turn your camera diagonally to create a slanted image can also be considered extreme because it creates an unfamiliar perspective."
