  • Through the Window - Challenge 277

    • Challenge 277
    • Post up to 3 images in this thread. You can use the forum attachment system or link from an external website.
    • Any photos must be your own work.
    • Each salon is open for two weeks .
    • The salon curator then chooses three photos from three different contributors in order of his or her personal preference and the one deemed the best endows its owner with the job of curating the next salon, after choosing a new topic.
    • The salon curator doesn't compete but can post some examples, if necessary, to give some inspiration
    * Salon closes midnight 22nd September 2020

    Need a date and time for close of salon mate. Like your choice of theme. Will be away on holiday but will still do my best to enter.
    Regards Ron. Live each day as if it was your last. One day you will be right. Down sized to Nikon s7000 compact camera.

        We stayed with friends in Australia's Yarra Valley in 2015. They had wanted to build a house at the top of a very high hill but persistent high winds prevented them from constructing a traditional home. The dug into the earth and created an underground home with a sod roof. The dining room has a north facing view through a wall of glass. They somehow put a slider in the glass. At each of the top corners and the middle you can barely make out seams in the glass.

        If you're not living on the edge you're taking up too much room.
